What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct primary care (DPC) benefits include more time with your provider, cost savings, and increased access to services with the use of virtual visits, texts, calls, and even home visits. DPC allows you to build a relationship with your provider and take your health to the next level. Kelly is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in family practice.

Our DPC membership program is designed to provide personalized, high-quality healthcare directly to our patients without the hassle of insurance. By joining, members gain unlimited access to a range of primary care services for a flat monthly fee, ensuring they receive timely and attentive care when needed.
DCP Membership:
18 - 64 y / o
$120 / mo
Before being accepted for primary care everyone must complete an intake visit. Initial intake visits for adults are $250. This fee helps cover the extensive intake and functional medicine evaluation of each new member. Not all patients are accepted into DPC, due to complexity you may be required to keep your current PCP.
We accept patients without insurance or with private insurance, but we DO NOT bill insurance. Your membership fees cover the costs of all your visits. Insurance may be used for any outside labs, imaging, specialty referrals, or hospitalizations.

All visits are by appointment only and may be in the form of in person visits, virtual visits, or telephone visits during business hours.

Plan Considerations
No long term contract required. All memberships may be cancelled at any time with a 30 day notice.
No vaccines in stock at this time. Vaccines will need to be obtained through a pharmacy or the health department.
No chronic narcotic or benzodiazepine use
